All items sold are pre-owned and may show signs of wear unless otherwise stated. We make every effort to describe each product accurately and provide high-quality images. All items are sold โ€œas isโ€ and are final unless they meet the criteria for return or refund (see below).

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in Zambian Kwacha (ZMW). We accept payment through secure payment gateways, including mobile money, debit/credit cards, and bank transfer via DPO.

5. Delivery

We offer delivery within Zambia. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary based on location, courier service, or public holidays.

Refund Policy

At ZWISHA, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of used and collectible items, all sales are considered final, with the following exceptions:

You may be eligible for a refund if:

You receive the wrong item (e.g., wrong size, color, or product).

The item is significantly not as described in terms of damage or authenticity.

The item is lost or damaged in transit, and the claim is verified with the courier.

Refund Process:

Notify us via email at info@zwisha.co.za within 48 hours of receiving the item.

Include your order number, contact details, and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Our team will assess the claim within 3โ€“5 business days and notify you of the outcome.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7โ€“10 business days.

Cancellation Policy

Before Shipment:

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement if not yet dispatched.

To cancel, email us immediately at [Insert email] with your order number and reason for cancellation.

After Shipment:

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

In such cases, please refer to the Refund Policy above.

Exchanges

Due to the unique nature of our inventory, we do not offer item exchanges. Each product is one-of-a-kind and available in limited quantities.
