  • “As-Is” Sales: Unless otherwise stated, all items sold by ZWISHA are pre-owned and may exhibit signs of wear, age, or use.

  • Accuracy: We strive to provide high-quality imagery and detailed descriptions. However, customers acknowledge that minor variations in color or texture may occur due to lighting and screen settings.

  • Final Sale: By completing a purchase, you acknowledge the unique nature of collectible and pre-owned goods. All sales are final, except in cases defined in our Exchange & Refund Policy.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • Currency: All prices are listed and processed in Zambian Kwacha (ZMW).

  • Payment Methods: We accept secure payments via the DPO Gateway, including:

    • Mobile Money (MTN, Airtel, Zamtel)

    • Debit and Credit Cards (Visa/Mastercard)

    • Direct Bank Transfers

  • Validation: Orders are only confirmed once payment has been cleared and verified by our finance team.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Coverage: We offer delivery services across Zambia.

  • Timelines: Delivery timeframes provided at checkout are estimates only. While we aim for prompt delivery, ZWISHA is not liable for delays caused by courier logistics, remote locations, or public holidays.

  • Risk of Loss: Once an item is handed over to the courier and a tracking number is provided, the risk of loss passes to the customer, though we will assist in claims regarding damaged or lost parcels as per our refund policy.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zambia. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Zambian courts.
